Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales, manage dealer and distributor networks, and enhance market penetration for our tiles business. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing relationships with dealers and distributors, and identifying new market opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A proven track record of success in channel sales, preferably in the tiles, ceramics, or building materials industry.
Strong ability to develop and manage dealer and distributor networks effectively.
Dynamic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with dealers, distributors, and clients.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region to meet business objectives.
A strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and devise action plans to capitalize on opportunities.
High level of integrity and professionalism in managing relationships and business operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or PGDM in Sales/Marketing is preferred).
4–6 years of experience in channel sales, with a focus on tiles, ceramics, or related industries.
Comprehensive knowledge of market dynamics and industry trends in the building materials sector.
